  I was advised to see Vag Tech to remap my Touareg engine. Mobile unit came out to my home address, I was informed after 20 mins that the upgrade couldn't be done.
  
  What followed was months of pain as my car routinely broke down, on inspection the ECU had been removed, played with and stuck back in without securing it properly or replacing screws. Garage said it had been "butchered"
  
  On calling Vag Tech they refused to accept responsibility and didn't want to know or help. Hugely disruptive and embarrassing to brake down repeatedly in dangerous situations!
  
  Thanks for nothing Vag Tech... AVOID THESE PIRATES!

  Bought my Beetle in which had many issues and for the first time in a long time I felt WOWED with how good the company are (I've had others including well known companies make my car worse or fobbed me off). They definately know their product.
  
  Chris who spoke to me took time to patiently explain issues in terms I understood, very helpful. Everyone from booking in to collection were just excellent. Vagtech was recommended to me and I would definately recommend them. I will without doubt use them again for sure.
